Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (KSA Time) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends (Friday & Saturday) will be processed on the next working day.

Public Holidays:
Please note that dispatch times may vary during Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Saudi National Day, and Foundation Day.

Delivery Times

We work with reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

  • Riyadh: 1–3 Working Days.

  • Rest of Saudi Arabia (Major Cities): 2–5 Working Days.

  • Remote Areas: Please allow up to 7 Working Days.

(Note: Delivery times are estimates starting from the date of dispatch).

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected delivery method.

  • Free shipping offers will apply automatically at checkout when eligible.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.

Delivery Delays & Consumer Rights

We strive to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to high seasonal demand or courier workload.

Your Right to Cancel:
In accordance with Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations, if your order is delayed by more than 15 days from the promised delivery date (unless due to force majeure), you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your City, Neighborhood, and Phone Number are accurate at checkout.

  • The courier will call you to confirm the location.

  • Tameeq is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unanswered calls from the driver.
