1. General Return Policy (Standard Items)
In accordance with Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations, we accept returns for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics, oils, skincare, or personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

How it works:

3. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong item, a damaged product, or a product that arrived defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately, including all shipping costs.

4. Shipping Delays & Cancellations
We strive to deliver all orders on time. If your order is delayed by more than 15 days from the promised delivery date (unless due to force majeure), you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Change of Mind (General Items): The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method (Mada, Visa, Apple Pay, etc.).
